OH. MY. GOD. I watched the rebroadcast of MTV’s first hour and I finally saw a Hilly Michaels video!!! WOOOO-HOOOOOO. I can’t belive it. I once sent a letter to the Hilly Michael’s fan club and it came back ‘return to sender’. Some music writer in Ann Arbor wrote a column that mentioned Hilly Michaels as some sort of undiscovered great and I wrote a fan letter to the journalist!!! I may be the biggest Hilly Michaels fan in the world—-I own multiple copies of both his lps. I can’t believe it’s taken me this many years to see one of his videos……of course then I come upstairs and there it is on youtube…..
I know Marianne Faithful says nasty things about him in her bio….but I still love him
