WHich park is this? Last time I was in c-u (summer of 05) I checked out the Japanese gardens, tho I know it isn’t that. Still, anyplace with mazes that the kids can run around in is a good place, in both physical and metaphysical ways.

It’s Allerton Park…it’s in Monticello and owned by the University. It’s known as The Park with No Toys because the first time we went there Leo kept asking where the toys were. I finally realized he meant playground equipment….thus it became known as The Park with No Toys. Despite the lack of toys, it’s their favorite park…..and the maze is of course a highlight….
