The difference between my sons, as evidenced by Halloween: yesterday morning Leo laid all his candy out on the couch and announced that he was running a candy store. He did give me all the Butterfingers first as I said I liked those. I don’t know what he was charging as I didn’t buy any but I did have to pay forty bucks for the evening News-Gazette.
Owen, on the other hand, told Ernie he wanted to take his pumpkin filled with all his candy to preschool. Ernie told him he didn’t think that was a good idea but Owen told him he wanted to give all the kids in his class some of his candy. So he trotted off to preschool and passed out candy from his pumpkin to all his little classmates. He was very pleased with himself.
