my couch

I can’t wait to get my couch. I went with brown leather much to my sister’s dismay. She likes bright colors and I currently have a red couch. The red couch is getting moved into the media room to replace the couch that currently has the padding duct taped onto it. Yes….we were at that point. I’m hoping the leather will prove relatively child proof….as much as anything can be. Need I tell you that Owen is a bit hard on furniture?

It’s very simple—I wanted something relatively classic. I also ordered a chair but the picture in the catalogue isn’t too great so I’ll have to post something later. Here’s what the fabric looks like though—it’s a velvet:

Hopefully they won’t get delivered in the middle of the party but I guess that would make for some entertainment…..
