O.K., enough with the depressing posts….sorry. On a MUCH happier note, guess what I just did? I just threw a bunch of money at Ticketmaster and bought three Ian Hunter tickets. WOOO-HOOOOOOO!!!!! Yes, I am going to go see my beloved Ian on June 7 at the House of Blues in Chicago with my husband and my dearest friend in the world, Eileen. I am so happy. Eileen, being all of two and a half months older than me, turned a shockingly old age this week on her birthday so we bought her ticket as a birthday present and she will be assigned to finding a babysitter for the guys.
Yep, I’m going to go see Ian….and I bet he will make my heart light.
I can’t tell you how happy it made me this morning just to see this picture of Ian Hunter! Have FUN!!!

I am soooooo jealous. I looooove Ian Hunter. I should check and see if he’s blowing through Milwaukee.
About 10 or so years ago, (mustve been even more than that), I had the privilige of seeing him, with Mick Ronson, at this out of the way dump in the middle of nowheresvilles, Wisconsin, called Zivko’s. Huge ballroom type hall, and the two were amazing. Me and my five girlfriends were the only girls there that weren’t dragged along by dates. Wonderful night.
Oh, I hope the camera policy is open at House of Blues (probably isn’t). but take pictures!
