For the last several days, I’ve been harvesting a glut of my Cascadia variety snap peas. I order them from Nichols Garden Nursery in Oregon, cause I can’t find them around here. They’re the BEST!
I put some in potato salad. I made a radish/cucumber/snap pea salad with toasted sesame seeds and rice vinegar vinaigrette. I made a quinoa pilaf with carrots and snap peas…I LOVE snap pea season!

How wonderful! It’s the most gorgeous little sugar snap pea I’ve ever seen.
