Frittata last night….with potato, prosciutto and a bit of cheese…made from the eggs Audrey Auld brought us.

  1. I usually have a firm ‘do not cook proscuitto’ policy, but I’ll forgive you, just this once. I have heard that the yolks of fresh eggs are a deeper color, they were not lying. It looks delicious.
