O.k. Feeling pretty good today. I've gotten a lot done this morning, ate a great breakfast and am about to trim Owen's hair. He somehow conned us into a snow day…sort of a sympathy snow day because his girlfriend got one. I swear to God I don't know how he does it. We're off to Carle for Ernie's PET scan in a bit. You know, the one he should have gotten in October. Sigh. Anyway.

February messes with my head a bit at the best of times. It was eleven years ago tomorrow that my sister died. She loved those boys so much. 3269936800_4ba1f5e5ee_o

Yesterday, however, was the tenth anniversary of our first house concert with David Olney and Sergio Webb.

Eleven days from now it will be the tenth anniversary of my mother's death.

A lot to wrap one's head around. But, for now, I'm going to go trim Owen's hair. He's complaining about split ends.
