Evidently my immune system has left the building. Wave good bye. I woke up sick yesterday. So frustrating. On the positive side my COVID test was negative. Also positive is that at least I made a big pot of chili.

Side note: I love my food processor.

I used the ground beef and ground pork that was supposed to go into a meat pie, along with zucchini, carrots, sweet potato, tomato, poblano peppers and corn plus cayenne, cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, chipotle flakes, salt and pepper. I went a little heavy on the cayenne but that should clear my head.
