Look at those bowlers at the top of the sign....then just imagine little neon bowling balls rolling down that sign. Just delightful.
Not the best photo, but I think the stunning architecture makes up for it. Great Italianate commercial buildings always make me a bit weak in the knees.⁣

I found this little drive-in restaurant to be so charming. Can you imagine how exciting it would be to drive up to that with the little neon circle at the top twirling? There was a drive-in theatre just past here. Sounds like it could be a delightful evening.

Yes, I love the huge neon signs of some motels, but I find something very charming about these smaller signs sitting by nicely kept up old motels.
I've only been posting signs of late, but I love my buildings too.
I'm getting to the end of my Louisville shots. Time for another wander.

I bet it was kinda nice to stop in at the Lucky Tavern when you got off work at the factory across the street. Lucky no more, I guess. I'm getting low on pictures to post. Must be time for another wander.
